Glen Keith Distillery was built in 1957, a relative newcomer to Speyside’s centuries-old Scotch Whisky landscape. The stills at Glen Keith are narrow and tall, creating a spirit that is light and delicate. This excellent Single Malt commands respect, having been honoured with a traditional maturation in Bourbon. Matured for over 25 years, this spirit was filled into firstfill Oloroso Sherry casks for a further sixteen months. This rare Single Malt gradually developed beautiful complexities that only decades ageing in oak casks can create. Nose:
