The first release from Sailor's Home, The Haven - A Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, triple pot distilled, a mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats The original Sailor's home was built in 1856 to provide welcome and sanctuary to seafarers on their journeys - a haven. This particular expression is matured in American Bourbon casks and then finished in Spanish Oloroso Sherry for a rich, fruity dram. Nose:
