A rich and chewy malt with well balanced savoury smoke and sweet spicy dark fruit. Nose: Coconut and briney oatmeal with earthy toffee, heather honey and savoury oak. Palate: Earthy caramac, chocolate, oatmeal, ginger biscuits, cinnamon and salted caramel. Finish: Some smoke, mincemeat, aromatic spice, earthy toffee.
