On the nose there are smoky wooden notes with creamy vanilla undertones. These are followed by notes of toffee apple. The fruit continues onto the palate with hints of orchard fruits, citrus and a slightly salty note. The finish is long and sharp. Smoky notes linger with some lemon curd.
