Distilled at Glen Spey in 2011, this Single Malt was allowed to mature for 10 years in a combination of two re-charred hogshead casks. Independently bottled by James Eadie in 2022, the Whisky was named after a pub previously owned by Eadie. Nose: A combination of tropical fruits and a nutty, oakiness. Palate: Sweet barley and vanilla with more fruit coming through. Finish: Crystailised ginger and candied orange peel.
