This small batch absinthe is crafted on 100-plus-year-old alambic stills using instructions, techniques and equipment from the 19th century, as well as regionally grown wormwood, to create a historically accurate absinthe. Incredibly aromatic, with scents of Provenal fennel and Spanish anise seed leading the charge, with alpine herb, menthol and spice notes coming through with just a little water. No sugar is added, making this a uniquely refreshing absinthe.
