Ben Nevis casks are becoming a rare find these days, so the Chapter 7 team are proud to offer this twenty four year old Malt matured in a single Bourbon Hogshead from 1997. Aromas of fresh almonds, ground barley, chalk and old cigars intermingle on the nose. There is a grassy smokiness on the palate, along with passion fruit cake, pink grapefruit and almond milk. The finish is malty and meaty with a hint of lemon zest.
