This Small Batch Vatting, exclusively available in the UK, it combines ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry casks matured Kilchoman at 46% ABV with one specially selected STR cask at natural cask strength. The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of toffee, spices and red berries. Tasting Notes: Nose: classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness gives way to red berries, baking spices with waves of peat smoke and herbal notes. Taste: summer fruit and red grape sweetness, white chocolate, light hints of smokiness, charred pineapple and toffee. Finish: long lingering smoky finish.
