They use a small batch, modern and sustainable method of tequila production which uses less water, less energy and produces less waste; recognised by the Tequila Regulatory Council as the most sustainable production method. This is a 100% Blue Agave Añejo tequila, hand harvested based on the level of sweetness and aged in two barrel types.
