Gran Centenario Reposado is crafted through a traditional process that begins with slow-cooking the agave in masonry ovens for 3640 hours, followed by extraction using a four-step roller mill. Fermentation takes place in closed stainless steel tanks for 4050 hours, and the spirit is then double-distilled in copper pot stills to ensure purity and character. The tequila is gently aged for 24 months in medium-char American oak barrels, adding subtle complexity while preserving its vibrant agave notes. Our Reposado is the winner of various awards including a DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
