Joining Tobermory's award winning core range, this 21 year old Single Malt was distilled into a Whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999. The spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram. Nose: Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee, treacle and furniture wax. Palate: Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee. Finish: Fresh, light and sweet.
