Pure elegance with a delicate creamy texture and a long mineral finish. The grapes are hand harvested and softly crushed. The must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, a small quantity (20%) in wooden barrels. This elegant and crisp wine is well-matched with salads, seafood and light chicken dishes. It can also be paired well with fruity desserts, such as tarts or fresh fruit.
