Nose: Milk chocolate and praline with a rich malty undertone. Fresh ginger lends some spice to the aroma lifting the earthy notes and lingering. Palate: Prickly ginger with a drizzle of warm rum fudge and clotted cream are first to appear. Spicy before calming with vanilla and light fresh cut oak. Finish: It’s all about the vanilla now, creamy and smooth drifting on for what seems an eternity.
