The spirit was allowed to mature for 12 years in a single hogshead cask, producing only 185 bottles. Nose: Green apple, bold, buttered burnt toast. Grassy and nutty with soft some spicy notes. Palate: Sweet and soft initially, with green fruits and acidity, lemon, crisp green apple, fresh mint, and green tea. With water, a soft white chocolate and honey are released. Finish: White chocolate, lavender and fresh green apple skin deliver a clean and refined finish.
