The Recanati winery is today the sixth-largest winery in Israel. Aged 15 months in French oak and has the capacity to age for a decade or more. This round Cabernet Sauvignon has firm tannins, full body, and solid acidity. Flavors of blackberry, plum, cherry, cigar, toasted walnut, raspberry, spice, herbs, and pomegranate, with nuances of truffle, dark chocolate, and roasted almond, wake up the smooth palate.
