Made by J. M. Monmousseau, one of the most important sparkling wine producers in the Loire Valley of France, this is a blend of 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Chardonnay given 18 months on lees in the traditional method. Refined in mousse and effervescence, this excellent dry sparkling has almond, citrus and pear flavours, a subtle richness and a soft refreshing finish. The Brut Etoile is indeed a star sparkling wine that everyone will enjoy, especially as an aperitif.
