This concentrated, dry, and savory red blend offers exotic aromas of ripe red fruit and cracked pepper that lead to flavors or red plum, black cherry, and spice. Sustainably-grown, dry-farmed, grapes are hand-picked from old, un-irrigated bush vines; this Shiraz-driven blend includes small portions of Cinsault, Grenache, and Tinta Barocca. The wine was lightly filtered but not fined. ‘Secateurs’ are the tools used to cut and shape vines.
