TASTING NOTES -The wine shows a beautiful seductive aroma of Meyer lemon, English thyme and ginger. The wine is vibrant and lively on the pallet, dancing between lemon, pear, custard and tarragon. There is a beautiful balance between the slight richness and inviting mouthfeel of the texture and the nice freshness of the finish. This is a complex wine that is not dominated by alcohol, oak or sugar. PRODUCTION NOTES - 2020 continued the trend of recent vintages with early bud-break, flowering and harvesting. The growing year was classic in all other respects with warm days and cool nights. A smaller crop in 2020 certainly concentrated the flavors of all varietals, making beautifully flavorful wines overall.
