Aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Castel Chateaumar estate dates back to the Roman times. The Souret Family has been running the vineyards for over 3 generations. Rose petal color, a nose of fresh red and yellow fruits (Strawberries, raspberries, peaches). On the palate, this wine is soft, round, with an elegant sweetness from the fruits noted on the nose, a good minerality, and a very fresh lingering finish. Enjoy by itself or with all your light fare. Serve at 42 degrees F.
