Paranubes is one of the first rum from Oaxaca, Mexico, true representation of its terroir, this expression was elaborated from sugar cane juice fermented in a very natural way. Harvested on the estate of Jose Luis Carrera, the Master Distiller, the sugar canes are derived from a 100% organic agriculture. This liquid is then distilled at 54 degrees.
