The Charanda Uruapan Blanco is a delicious rum from Michoacán, Mexico! Made from 50% sugar cane juice distilled in a copper pot still and 50% molasses distilled in a modified French style column still, this rum combines everything rum lovers love about agricole and standard style rums. The nose is full of cane-juice and sweet-savory elements. The palate shows savory and sweet notes, with lime, basil, green peppercorns, white tea, preserved lemon and mulberries.
