Highclere Castle Barrel Aged London Gin (45 % ABV) is a limited release of just 2,000 cases, created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 5th Earl of Carnarvons discovery of Tutankhamuns tomb. Rested in a trio of French Armagnac, Scotch, and American whiskey barrels, the estate-grown botanical spirit picks up wisps of smoke, toasted oak, dried fruit, and a drizzle of honey that glide over its familiar citrus-lavender core, finishing long and silky. The result bridges gin and whisky worldsbright enough for a Martinez, rich enough to sip neatand comes from the same team whose flagship gin has collected more than 200 international medals. When this limited edition is gone, history is sealed for good.
