Grape: 54% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Cherry, Minerals, Brioche Founded in 1987 as Oregon's original sparkling wine house. Nate Klostermann is the second winemaker in Argyle's 35-year history and has emerged as one of Oregon's most gifted winemakers. Argyle creates this sophisticated sparkler from 2 volcanic soil vineyards each contributing different nuances to the wine. It is dry, elegant and complex, clean and long, delicate and nimble, with zesty acidity and a rich mousse. Strawberry, cherry, grapefruit, lemon, rose petal, white peach, toasted brioche, and melon burst across the creamy palate. Will do well with shellfish or nachos with shredded pork.
