ORIGIN: Distilled and bottled in Columbia, Tennessee. Finished in New American Oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years using a No. 4 Char inside the barrels. MASH BILL: 80% of locally grown No 2 Dent Corn, 10% Rye, 10% Malted Barley. TASTING NOTES: Robust and full bodied. Caramel and hints of baking spices, with cinnamon as the prominent flavor spice. Layers with pipe tobacco and vanilla with lingering - slightly smokey, oak-y, fresh bread finish. Sweet & Spicy with an enjoyable light, tobacco smoke finish! Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey is traditional Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey. A percentage of the proceeds from each bottle sale of Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey will be donated to the National Audubon Society.
