True to the nature of this wine, the Proprietor's Reserve Syrah's colour is purple right to the very core. The nose boast aromas of plums and berries, accented by sweet tobacco, worn saddle leather, white pepper and a touch of cream de menthe. When drank, you are first stuck by powerful red fruits. That is soon an afterthought as the rich textures of this wine engulf your palate counterbalanced by lively acidity enabling this offering to have a long and drawn out finish.
