With a very dark color, the Syrah Les Jamelles has a rather syrupy appearance. Its aromas of wild fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant) and floral (violet) combine with flavors of spices, vanilla and cinnamon, with a touch of mint. It is a very rich wine in the mouth, fat, with a certain minerality as well as a long and silky finish, of a rare complexity. Beautiful persistent note of liquorice in the finish.
