Pineau d'Aunis, a little-known grape variety that nevertheless deserves to be! A wine that is both light and powerful, a curiosity. Remarkable long and peppery finish. Manual harvesting, optimal maturity and very gentle extraction give this Pineau d'Aunis typical aromas of spices and pepper with a nice roundness thanks to aging in oak barrels for a few months. Ideal accompaniment to charcuterie dishes, grilled beef, sweet/savoury Asian cuisine and cheese.
