This Pinot Gris is one of their most luscious and vibrant to date, bursting with fresh lively aromas of citrus mixed with tropical fruit. The grapes once harvested, were de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation with native and cultured yeasts in a cool environment releases and preserves the fresh fruit flavours. This wine is dry and can be enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood or light meat dishes.
