Winemaker Stephane Vedeau's passion project is La Ferme du Mont , a 50-hectare vineyard in the southern Rhone. No pesticides or chemicals are used in the cultivation of the vines. Each location is intended to be the most accurate representation of the terroir and the grapes produced. The Vendanges is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre grown in Chateauneuf-du-Pape's sandy and gravelly soils. The wine is aged in a combination of tank (90%) and oak barrels (10%) for roughly a year.
