Shannon Ridge is a family-owned vineyard and winery located on the steep mountain slopes of Lake County, California. They are dedicated to sustainable farming practices, thus producing the finest mountain fruit possible. The distinctive terroir of each of their hillside vineyards or high-elevation ranches gives their winemakers a full flavour palette from which they create these robust, food-friendly 'High Elevation Collection' wines. Notes of lemongrass, mango, tangerine, and gooseberry, with a steely crispness, nice tropical fullness, depth, and a complex long finish.
