Weingut Hajszan Neumann is located at the foot of the Nussberg and the district of Grinzing, with 20 hectares of certified biodynamic vineyards spread across the region's mineral-rich, weathered limestone soils. This cuvee comes from the cooler Weisleiten and Haarlocke vineyards. Bright and fresh, though now with a slight honeyed slick, this streams verbena, pear skin, crab apple, river stones along a streamlined palate, seasoned with subtle white pepper and pithy wild lime. Under stelvin, this will continue to go the distance, becoming even more interesting as it ages.
