Alois Lageder Porer Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Porer vineyard in Italy's Alto Adige region. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their delicate flavors and aromas. The resulting wine is a pale straw yellow with fresh aromas of white peach, pear, and citrus fruits, with subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with a lively acidity and flavors of ripe peach and citrus, followed by a hint of almond and a long finish. This versatile wine pairs well with seafood, white meats, and salads, and is best served chilled.
