The Vidal grapes for this icewine were hand-harvested in two picks: December 23, 2017 and January 3, 2018, under a brilliant full moon. An ideal grape for icewine, Vidal has thicker skins, allowing it to hang long into winter awaiting that cold -8°C night and high natural acidity that creates a luscious, yet structurally-balanced dessert wine. Their first ever icewine excites the palate with intense peach, apricot and candied pineapple, and finishes with a generous drizzle of honey and caramel.
