This Blanco tequila is unaged and bottled immediately after distillation to capture the essence of our highland blue weber agave. Giving it a crystal clear appearance. The minerality of our soil and water shines through in this traditional, agave-forward tequila. The aroma is fresh agave mixed with honey and a touch of green olive. You can taste the balanced flavor of agave with white pepper and subtle green notes. The finish is sweet with hints of pepper.
