Tequila "Centinela" Anejo 3 Anos is one of the best representatives of the Centinela brand. For its production uses leaves of agave, which bushes for more than 8 years. The leaves are sent in a clay oven in which they were enveloped by steam and release the juice ( "Aguamiel"). The cooled juice later fermentation process takes place for 3-5 days. During this period the yeast converts the sugar into alcohol and tequila becomes a fortress. After the second distillation the tequila is poured into a 200-liter oak barrels and sent to the exposure that lasts for more than 3 years old barrels of bourbon.
