Classic notes of juniper are balanced with pronounced grapefruit and hints of spice from ginger, cinnamon and rose. Butterfly pea flowers provide an earthy component and a vibrant indigo colour that changes to pink with the addition of tonic or citrus. Made in small batches on Vancouver Island, Empress 1908 Gin is the result of a collaboration between the iconic Empress Hotel and pioneering spirits makers, Victoria Distillers.
