Juniper, seaweed (we use dulse, from the Grand Banks) and a touch of savoury make a pure Newfoundland gin that has a hint of the ocean in it. This is refreshing, like being enveloped in an ocean mist surrounded by a host of pure local botanicals. We've kept it very simple and very pure and we think this is a fine twist on the way gin should be! Our Seaweed Gin won a double gold medal at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
