This versatile sake is very much enjoyed by the brewmasters (toji) themselves! It is brewed using high-quality local Gohyakumangoku rice. It has a natural rich softness and a smooth and clean finish. Toji no Banshaku is well-balanced with some minerality and notes of apples, sweet bread, and truffles. It's easy to enjoy this delicious sake with a variety of foods such as BBQ cheeseburger, light white fish, and chicken Alfredo pasta.
