The wine opens with bright, perfumed red fruit pastilles aromas, along with classic blackcurrants swirling in exotic spice notes on the highly expressive nose. Flavors of ripe black raspberry, juicy preserved plums, and hints of vanilla, which Adelaida categorizes as Willow Creek spice and Adelaida dust.
