Part of their prestigious Private Reserve series, these vintage, non-chill filtered releases are small batch selections hand-picked from unique cask finishes. This 12 Year Old single malt begins its journey maturing in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for a total of 6 years. It is then finished for an additional 6 years in a combination of añejo and reposado tequila casks. This meticulous aging process blends rich hints of vanilla and oak from bourbon barrels, dried fruits and spice from sherry casks, and adds a layer of green vegetal ripeness from tequila casks, resulting in a whiskey of unparalleled complexity.
