The wine is an enticing deep ruby colour. On the nose find aromas of dark cherry, strawberry, blueberry, rose, toast, clove and black tea. Supple yet firm up front, the wine boasts a rich mid-palate with flavours of fresh strawberry, black cherry, red plum, forest floor, tea and rose hips. On the finish, tannins are well integrated and complemented by buoyant acidity, resulting in a balanced wine with a lingering finish.
