Medium ruby red. Vinous, harmonious bouquet with herbaceous and undergrowth notes on the nose. The flavour is dry, elegant, fairly full-bodied, and balanced. It pairs well with dishes from our Central European cuisine. Very pleasant is the combination of a smoked pork loin with apple mustard, horseradish and vegetable compote.
