Crafted by Booker Vineyard, Harvey & Harriet is the creation of Eric Jensen, who founded the estate with a mission to make world-class wines accessible. The wine is named in honour of his parents, reflecting a philosophy rooted in family, community, and the expressive potential of Paso Robles terroir. Wine Description The 2021 Harvey & Harriet Red Blend pours a deep ruby hue. Aromas unfold with layers of blackberry, fig, and currant, accented by cocoa, spice, and leather. On the palate, it offers rich dark fruit balanced by fine-grained tannins, subtle notes of brown sugar, and hints of toasted wood. Medium to full-bodied, it carries impressive density and freshness, finishing with a bright, lingering lift. Food Pairing This bold blend pairs beautifully with grilled meats, braised short ribs, or roast lamb. Mature cheddar or aged gouda also complement its structure and depth.
