Predominantly sherry-seasoned American and European oak develops orchard fruit, blossom and toffee richness, while a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks adds light vanilla sweetness and lift. This is the fifth chapter in Harmony, created alongside JING Tea, and presented in packaging that thoughtfully reuses tea leaves.
