Produced from a field blend of classic indigenous varieties—Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Amarela—this wine is vinified in traditional granite lagares, preserving centuries-old winemaking practices. Aged for an average of 10 years in small oak casks known as pipas, this tawny port embodies the philosophy of a “grand cru” estate. Quinta da Côrte, a single-vineyard producer with vines averaging over 60 years of age, delivers exceptional depth and character.
