American Oak driven, this whisky has a pronounced smoky character followed by sweeter, fruit notes, influenced from European Oak. Refill casks enhance our peated new make spirit character, giving a citrus-forward nose that develops into sweet, fruity notes on the palate. A foundation to exploring the world of our peat smoked whisky. Tasting Notes: Wisps of SMOKE from burning PEAT EMBERS. CITRUS FRUIT and CREAMY VANILLA. SWEET FRUIT and PEAT intertwine with TEMPERED OAK for a soft finish.
