Agave Gin Gracias a Dios is a recipe inspired by the 32 states of their country with a base of Gracias a Dios agave spirit. They macerate the botanics with the agave for 48 hours and then they distill it thrice in their workshop in Oaxaca. Predominance of the juniper among the spices and citrus with a smokey ending of the roasted agave.
