Crafted from Shiraz, Cinsault, Tinta Barocca, and Grenache grapes, maceration and native yeasts fermentation takes place after foot treading and eventual pigeage. Some grapes are fermented in closed concrete tanks and left on their skins for a full 6 months before pressing. The wine is aged in neutral 4,000-liter oak casks for about a year and a half, no racking. The result is a highly unique and special red!
