Bulletin Place inspired by the historic building site, located along the famous Sydney harbor. Built in 1816, later becoming one of the best known wine houses. The fruit is harvested and processed in the cool of the night. After gently pressing and clarification pure and clean juice is fermented at cool temperatures to retain fruit flavours. Blending followed by minimal fining and early bottling to retain all the pure, fresh and lively Sauvignon blanc characters from the vineyard. Aromas of kiwi blossom, mango flesh and dried citrus peel, with a refreshing and crisp palate of honeydew, passionfruit and gooseberry flavors.
