The grapes for this wine were selected from 20 hectares of their best organic vineyards in the Bordeaux terroir, grown on clay-limestone and clay-slit soils. The wine is fresh, bright, supple, smooth, finely textured, and lively acidity. Grapefruit, passion fruit, Kaffir lime, lemon, green apple, minerals and a hint of aniseed roll crisply over the palate.
